Fantastic service! Very trustworthy. I took my BMW in for dervice for the first time this week. The owner took the time to meet with me personally and answered all my questions. Definitely made me a life time customer. Highly recommend.

I highly recommend the BMW Guy for any repairs and servicing of BMW’s and Minis. Andrew, who formally worked at a BMW and mini servicing centre as a tech expert, is friendly, very knowledgeable, straightforward, and honest. We feel very fortunate to have such an excellent servicing centre for both our BMW and mini automobiles.

Just used The BMW Guy for the first time after obtaining a bid from the BMW dealership in Carlsbad to repair an oil leak. I brought our car in for a 2nd opinion & ultimately found out that the BMW dealership mis-diagnosed the source of the leak. I don't know if the BMW dealership would have ever come clean after working on the car. However, I can confirm that the cost to repair what The BMW Guy found/repaired was about 1/5th of what we were quoted by BMW of Carlsbad to repair what they claimed needed to be done to repair the leak. I truly appreciate the honesty & they've just earned a client for life. Thank you for everything.

Great customer service & honest prices. I have been using this shop for the last 7 years. The owner Alfredo & his team are the most honest & reasonable people to aquire service from. I'm so glad they're here close to us.

Alfredo is a great mechanic and very honest businessman. I took my BMW there for a signficant service and not only was the work less than half of what the dealer quoted, the pride in the work showed - the engine compartment looked as if the car was brand new. I also took my Audi to Alfredo and unfortunatly, the part was defective through no fault of him. I had moved from the area so I could not take it back for repair. Alfredo fully refunded charges for parts and labor for the defective part. He is very honest and does a great job.

Alfredo and his team do an outstanding job of explaining all options, helping to save money, and keeping you updated. Much better choice than shady dealer shops. Would give 10 stars if possible!!
